NetApp’s Customer Experience Center turns complex technology into a more human platform for client engagement. Conceived as the NetApp House, the environment combines immersive media with residential warmth, helping customers explore solutions through conversation and discovery while giving sales teams a flexible, memorable setting for building deeper relationships.

Hospitality Reframes the Client Briefing
The visitor journey unfolds with the intimacy and rhythm of a private residence. Each zone contributes a different setting for dialogue, reflection, and informal collaboration, while a pitched-roof structure gives the interior a silhouette. Technology remains present but never dominates, integrated into the sequence to support storytelling and exchange. Outside, a kinetic LED beacon activates the adjacent plaza, drawing attention from Santana Row and signaling NetApp's presence. The installation serves as both local landmark and abstract brand expression, extending the experience beyond the front door. Together, the domestic framework and public gesture make arrival warm, memorable, and open to possibility.

Material Warmth Humanizes Innovation
Inside, digital media and architecture work as one layer. Warm wood, custom tile, planting, and tactile surfaces counterbalance the technology, creating an environment that feels grounded and sensory. A sculptural California cypress tree anchors the experience in its regional context, giving visitors a point of orientation and connection. Flexible settings allow conversations to shift in size and tone, supporting formal presentations as well as spontaneous exchange. Rather than treating innovation as a display, the center makes it something people can move through and feel. The result reframes client engagement as a hospitable, authentic journey shaped by curiosity, comfort, and discovery.
