Across Adobe’s 690,000-square-foot Founders Tower, IA turned experiential design into infrastructure for culture, navigation, and belonging. Responsive color, immersive installations, and community-sourced artwork help employees and visitors understand where they are, what Adobe stands for, and how individual creativity contributes to a global platform built around making ideas visible.
Color Creates a Living Beacon
Color continues vertically, with distinct gradients linking floors and supporting intuitive navigation across a workplace of significant scale. Guided by color psychology, the system helps people identify settings suited to different needs while reinforcing continuity from floor to floor. What begins as an artistic gesture also performs as wayfinding, making a complex tower easier to understand and use.
Creative Voices Shape the Tower
IA drew from Adobe Stock and Behance, bringing work from the company’s creative network into the physical environment. Floor graphics interpret themes including nature, technology, beauty, and discovery through distinct visual languages. By inviting the broader Adobe community into the workplace narrative, the program moves beyond branded decoration. It turns the tower into an evolving platform for participation, recognition, and creative exchange.
